This will be a long scenic ride through rural Virginia and Maryland with a self-paid lunch stop. It is not 50-cc friendly and there will be short stretches of 50-55 MPH riding.

You must arrive with a full tank.

If you choose this ride, you will not stop at the Italian Embassy.

Ride past iconic DC sites and pay a visit to the Amerigo Vespucci statue near the White House. Self-paid lunch at the Metro 29 Diner. Ride ends at Coleman Powersports.

You must start with a full tank.

50-cc scooters are welcome on this ride.

There will be two groups separated by a few minutes. Route is the same.

A long scenic ride through neighborhoods and back country roads in Montgomery County, Maryland. You’ll pick up your self-paid lunch at VCDC favorite Gemelli’s Market and eat at nearby Greenbriar Park. Ride ends at Coleman Powersports.

This ride is not 50-cc friendly.

Ride past Mount Vernon and down tree-lined roads to a lunch stop at a member’s home to see his remarkable garage and collection of vintage scooters. Lunch will be provided. Ride ends at Coleman Powersports.

Have a vintage scooter?  Showcase it at the afternoon meetup!  We will have a special place to line up all vintage scooters together by year.

Participate or watch the ultimate scooter skills test. We will also be raffling off fantastic donated items (but not the raffle bike -- we'll do that at dinner). Must be present to win!
