Navigate to La Moto Washington Service Department, 3298b 10th Street N, Arlington, VA 22201 but gather and leave from Ivy Street.

All scooters must be outside lined up on the street to Italian Embassy no later than 9:45AM.

This ride features long uninterrupted stretches through bucolic areas of Maryland’s Suburbs. We’ll travel north on Macarthur Blvd. and River Road on our way to Gemelli’s Italian Market, where you can purchase lunch to enjoy at nearby Greenbriar Park. After lunch we’ll head south through Potomac. You can continue south on your own to explore the Georgetown area or follow the ride leader to the Gymkhana Location. Not 50cc friendly.

Leave from Embassy of Italy, 3000 Whitehaven St NW, Washington, DC 

This ride will go through Old Town Alexandria and to Mt. Vernon, where we will take a 30-minute break, and continue for an hour through pretty country roads in the Pohick and Gunston areas to the tiny railroad town of Clifton where we break for self-paid lunch. This ride is not 50cc-friendly.

This 50cc-friendly ride will wend through Rock Creek Park, Columbia Heights, past the Basilica and Catholic University, and then stop at the National Arboretum. A picnic lunch will be provided at the Arboretum and restrooms will be available. After lunch, you will have the option of exploring DC at your own pace OR following the ride leader to the rally hotel/Gymkhana location.

Have a vintage scooter?  Showcase it at the Gymkhana!  We will have a special place to line up all vintage scooters together by year.

Participate or watch the ultimate scooter skills test. We will also be raffling off fantastic donated items (but not the raffle bike -- we'll do that at dinner). Must be present to win!
